Although the holiday season may look different this year, there are still plenty of ways to make lasting memories—especially in the kitchen. Whether it’s embracing a new tradition like a “charcuter-tree” or trying a viral trend like hot cocoa bombs, it’s easy to make the holidays feel special. And one meal that’s getting a festive upgrade? Breakfast.
In a recent Instagram post, Diane Morrisey shared a seasonal twist on eggs in a hole. In this holiday twist, Morrisey uses cookie cutters to create bell-, tree- and star-shaped holes in the toast. She then fills the cutouts with eggs to create a filling and jolly meal.
